HELPIS featured as The Burlington Union's Gifts of Hope Charity

Thanks so much to Christine Warren and The Burlington Union, which sponsored HELPIS as 2015's Gifts of Hope charity so that it can continue to support people in Burlington and surrounding communities. You can read the four wonderful articles at the links below:

This holiday season, with the help of our volunteers and amazing supporters, HELPIS delivered more than 200 gifts to a Lynn shelter, the Massachusetts Department of Children & Families (DCF) in Beverly, and other organizations and individuals. In addition, a group of Burlington children made 100 holiday cards to be given to individuals in need.

HELPIS Help Me Help Someone, Inc. (HMHS) is a social network for kind and charitable deeds. It connects people in need with people who want to help. Right now in the world there are so many people in need, but there are also so many people who would love to help, but who don’t know how to make their contributions meaningful. Giving money is not something that everyone feels comfortable doing, especially when one can’t always be sure that funds are delivered where they are most needed.
