With two decades of professional experience in the financial industry and a lifetime committed to serving humanity, Fatima Mendonca has fought to improve the lives of those most in need.

​

In her current role as Vice President and Senior Branch Manager of Cambridge Savings Bank, she has built a reputation as an enthusiastic team builder, motivator, and innovative leader who inspires others to the highest levels of success.

​

Fatima was recognized for exceeding new money growth goals by 5%, delivering over $3M in recovery funds during the pandemic, and received the highest quality control inspection (QCI) rating for banks under federal operations soundness guidelines. In addition, Fatima was chosen by senior management for the OTJ (on-the-job-training) team made up of four banking professionals, whose mission was to accelerate the coaching, mentoring, and training of branch managers. She was also appointed to the DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) program and has accepted the position as the manager of the CSB Street Team, a community outreach and volunteer program.

A native of Angola, Fatima completed her education at Bunker Hill Community College and the University of Massachusetts. She later completed her Certificate of Financial Management from Babson College. Fatima is a fitness fanatic in her free time, and is a loving mother to a grown son and grandmother to three grandchildren.
